Jom Kurus : alternative utk orang diet

Dear Diary

Tolong jangan keji title tu! Sya tengah excited nak share, tu yang sampai title pon tumpang exaggerate! hehehe

OK, Sya discover keberkesanan makanan nih time dekat-dekat nak tunang.

Sya diet makan mende nih ngan buah. So far memang berjaya turun (tolong jgn expect berjaya tu macam tetiba kurus cam Liyana Jasmay. Please don't.. huhu)

Last week Sya tried lagi and turun 3kg dalam seminggu. Jadi la dari takde kan.. hoho

Introducing....




GARDENIA BREAKTHRU! hehehe. Mesti ada yang kata "hekeleh. Ingatkan ape la td"

Tapi serious dengan Sya memang menjadi! Diet makan ni je. Makan la banyak mana pon. Tapi actually rasa dia memang tak-boleh-blah! hoho

Untuk yang follow diet Atkins tapi tetiba nak quit, boleh la start slowly ngan makan roti nih. Kurang carbo. eceh

  6. Lala br pas frust sbb diet kt 1 bln x mkn nasik tp berat x turun2.menci btl..last2 mkn nasik blk..hahaha..tp leh try la..cube sya kongsi menu diet sha dr pg sampai mlm..mn tau lel folo..hehehe..

  8. terbaik la Sya.. Dila ritu ms tunang diet la knun..mkn LEPTIN..bkesan..tapi pas dh tunang hancuss segala rutin.. now nk kena start blk sbb dh gain weight melampau2.. Mama Dila ugut xmau wt baju kawen kalo xkurus.. T.T
