My Weight Loss with Atkins. Yeay!

Lame gile tak update blog. Nak kate busy, takde La busy pon. Tapi since internet usage kt office skang kene monitor, then tak boleh la nak berjimba blogwalking la bagai. Iskkk2..

Previous entry Sya ada cakap nak start ber-Atkins kan? So arini nak share hasil berAtkins after 3 weeks. Hehehehe (gelak evil)

Sya start Atkins 3 weeks ago (on Wed). Today Wed (after 3 weeks), Sya nak summarize apa yang Sya experienced ngan Atkins nih;

First week
1. Rasa cam takde mood je memanjang. Pastu rasa nak marah orang. Pergh.. bahaya.. hohoho

2. Hari-hari mengantuk! Serious tengok PC-mengantuk, tengok orang-mengantuk, tengok makanan-mengantuk, tengok bantal jangan cakap-la. Selalu malam-malam Sya layan movie kt HBO, etc. tapi bila start Atkins, no more. Pukul 10 da landing atas katil! (Please note that Atkins-induction tak boleh minum coffee/caffeine. Tahannn je la.. huhu)

3. Kalau squatting (ambik barang ke, kat toilet ker, etc.) bila bangun rasa cam tompok-tompok sikit dunia a.k.a rasa nak pitam (Sya rasa maybe because we consume NO sugar at all. Buah pon tak boleh makan. Tu yang rasa cam nak pitam tu. Kalau tak silap, THOSE WITH HIGH BLOOD SUGAR TAKLEH BUAT AKINS TAW)

4. Always rasa nak makan. Yang ni memang Sya pasrah je. Mana pulak nak cari makanan time pukul 3, pukul 4, etc. Tak kan nak suka-suka kuar office kan??

Second week. 
1. Still rasa takde mood.

2. Still rasa mengantuk

3. Still rasa nak pitam after squatting few seconds.

4. TAPI nafsu makan tu da start kurang

Third week.
1. Mood OK (sebab berat turun. Orang tegur da kurus sket. Hahahaha. Suke perasan taw! Hahaha)

2. No more mengantuk (unless kalau tak cukup tido la..). Tapi BORING always. Hehehe

3. Still rasa nak pitam (ni tak taw la nak buat camne. Huhu)

4. Selera makan takde. Kadang-kadang tu rasa malas nak makan. Penah sekali Sya keluar lunch lambat, perot da nyanyi-bergendang bagai, tapi bila tengok makanan rasa takde selera. TAPI still kena makan. Huhuhu

OK, tu je experience so far. Huhu. Tunggu 4th week pulak =)

Nak taw total weight loss so far??

First 2 weeks – Lost 6 kg
Third week – Lost 3 kg

So total weight Loss with Atkins – 9 kg in 3 weeks. 

Sya plan nak buang lemak-lemak lagi 10 kg nih (tapi ada yang kata takot tak seswai. Tapi tak kisah la!) . Wish me luck, pls.. So sape yang plan nak “shedding for the wedding”, jom2. welcome to the club. Hehehehe


Ingat nak cari buku nih. 2-3 menjak nih tetibe rase semangat nak belajar masak. Huhuhuhu. Tapi library takde pulak. Iskk..
