UPDATE from Astro

Korannggggg!!!

Nak share satu news.

Sya penah share Sya punya disappointment pasal promo ASTRO Byond PVR tu kan?? Sorry but Sya  remove entry tu until everything settled.

OK, nak gitau  yang Sya hantar feedback/complaint to Astro pagi tadi. Surprisingly, like one hour ago, an Astro rep called me. Dia apologized and cakap dia akan bagi Sya harga promo tu jugak but Sya kena make sure maintain ngan Superpack for at least 6 months. 

Now tengah tunggu dealer call untuk buat appointment to replace decoder lama and installation untuk PVR. Thanks Astro.

Takmo over excited sangat sebab tak taw bila baru boleh call and datang pasang.

So, lesson untuk harini, kalau ada yang korang tak puas hati, directly contact@feedback to them. Sebab dorang bukan baca blog kita pon kan.. Lain la kalau pemes emes cam Maria Elena ke, Fatin Liyana ker, xpon Hamis Jalika. Hoho
