Dah bace dah! Confirm esok Sya nak try. Kite ber-experiment ngan Atkins pulak this time. Honestly Sya tak berapa suka Atkins Diet nih sebab NO carb especially during Induction (actually boleh tapi limit to max 20 gram per day)
OK, since Sya dah baca buku tu, Sya nak share kat sini some info pasal Atkins Diet (though Sya taw ramai yang dah taw)
Atkins Diet ada 4 Phase/Stage ; Induction, Ongoing Weight Loss, Pre-Maintenance, Lifetime Maintenace
Tapi since Sya beginner (esok baru nak start), so kita sembang pasal INDUCTION je la ek..

Ada 20 basic RULES tapi Sya highlight yang paling penting
1. EAT (no limit) poultry, fish, meat, egg
2. AVOID/NO shortenings, margarines, sauces
3. NO FRUIT, pasta, grains, STARCHY VEGETABLES, legumes, FLOUR, SUGAR, CAFFEINE (pengsan)
4. NO NUTS (during induction)
5. NO DAIRY products except certain types of cheese and butter

Sya join Kelab Diet Atkins (KDA Malaysia) and most of them comment kata Atkins tak susah sangat sebab NO STARVING. Avoid carb jek. Tapi carbohydrate pon ada banyak jenis. Contoh nya sos. Sos pon carbohydrate jugak. Hadoii...!
Tapi yang penting NO starving. At least pasni kalaw ngedate still boleh makan sedap-sedap kan? Ngeeee =)
