Tapi sebab ter-tengok kt tv pasal majlis akad nikah diorang, pastu ter-tengok baju Leuniey yang cantik giler tu, pastu ter-suka, so Sya saja nak update kat sini. Mana taw kot-kot one day rasa nak tengok balik kan, tak payah susah-susah nak cari..

Thanks a lot.

OK, ramai B2Bs yang cadangkan photographers as according to criteria yang Sya share haritu. Ada jugak yang suggest photographers from Kedah, KL, Selangor, etc. Thanks jugak. And guess what, sebagai orang yang excited dengan wedding, Sya sent email/sms to ALL of them, request for quotation.

Tapi ini untuk basic la.. album pon kecik je, and pics pon tak banyak. Kalau compelete (big album, 120+ pictures, etc) boleh ambik package yang starts from RM 899. But for those yang nak second photographer ke ape, why don't try hire Candid MOtion Picture kan.. (Kalau shoot and burn mesti lagi murah kan???)

Penghalang Diet

Dear Diary,

Hari ni baru nak start diet balik. Tiba-tiba.... pagi tadi masa nak buat Herbalife shake, baru perasan yg F1 dah nak abes.. Tahan untuk seminggu je lagi kot..

Sedih nya.. Macam mana ni.. Aiman..melanje la Sya..plss..(eh??)

RM100 tu kecik jek nilai nya.. tapi nak kawen punya pasal..tetiba rasa cam banyak..uwaaaa....

Cheapest Wedding Centerpiece

Dear Diary

OK, tight budget cannot stop me from verrangan tentang wedding dream ye (masih ada dream??).

One of “wajib ada” for my wedding is centerpiece. I love centerpiece! Sebab tu masa Engagement yang simple aritu pon ada centerpiece jugak!

So, eventhough I’m on extremely (super-duper) tight budget, tapi centerpiece wajib ada! So after berfikir, visited other blogs, wedding websites, etc. finally I found jugak SEVERAL cheap alternatives. How?? To get the cheapest (or even free) centerpiece in village town. Hehehe.

Mari tengok some of the ideas...

1. Tree, sticks @ Ranting kayu

Ni rasa nya bukan idea baru. Kat Negara omputih da ramai yang pakai. Sangat senang nak dapat especially untuk gadis luar bandar macam Sya! Hehe.

Kos untuk ranting kayu-free, tapi glass tu.. Cheapest pon RM5 I think.. Iskk2..

2. Can / tin terbuang

Idea ni just memerlukan tin-tin kosong termasuk tin susu, tin nestum, or pape tin la. Tapi NOT cost effective-la! Why?? Sebab tin memang free, tapi still kena keluar budget untuk beli fresh flower. Tak kan nak letak bunga raya pulak kan? Patriotikk la sangat! Huhu

Alternative lain-paper wheel. Murah ker???

3. Tissue / Paper flower

Nih pon murah! But untuk Sya, consider as NOT APPLICABLE. Reason? Sebab tak pandai nak buat. da download banyak tutorial, macam-macam version, still tak taw nak buat camne.. Huhu

4. Rock / Stone @ Batu

Ni pon best jugak! Bukan lagi murah, free lagik. Boleh kutip sendiri jek. Pastu conteng-conteng la nama pengantin ke, ucapan ker, pape la..

Tak pon, campak je batu-batu tu atas meja sudaaahhh..

5. Wood branch or apa-apa yang berasaskan kayu

Nih pon boleh dapat easily kat kampung Sya. Tapi kena gigih sikit la sebab nak tebang pokok, pastu kering kan, etc.. macam MALAS jek! Hahaha

p/s : Now, everything must come with the word "cheap", "cheaper" or "cheapest"!

Actually takde mood nak keje. Still mood dating. Huhu

BTW, nak cite pasal weekend aritu. Spent quality time (eceh) with Aiman. Both of us amik cuti from Fri until Mon. Actually Sya ada cLass Last Sat, so tepaksa stay kt KL until Sat (Actually every month Sya ade keLas. So hotel nih da kire umah no 2. Huhu). Abes kelas teros balik Perak. Cuti-cuti kt Perak pulak. Seronok nye cuti time orang lain keje =)

Tu intro je. Actually nak cite pasaL Agoda and Sunway Putra Hotel. I guess ramai skang yang suke book thru Agoda, Booking.com, etc. sebab murah kan.. Sejak da pandai guna Agoda nih Aiman bukan main demand! Hotel nak 4-5 star aje. Ye la..kalau normal rate memang ya ampunn la kan..So, sya booked Sunway Putra Hotel KL 1 ari. RM 168 per night (inc tax & serv charge). Untuk 5-star hotel nih da kire category murah sesangat La kan..

Nak check-in tu punye la semangat. Yang musykil nye, Aiman kata hotel nih da tukar nama. Dulu panggil The Legend. Aikk...hebat pulak die bab2 hotel. Musykil nih!! huhu So, xyah cite La pasal parking besar, bilik besar, dapor besar, peti ais besar, pe sume sbb da nama pon 5-star kan. nak citer part ke-hampa-an tu.. huhu

Sya kan orang kampong.. So, ada certain things that orang kampung definitely takleh nak berkompromi. Hoho. Boleh cmtu?? Sya Tak boLeh accept toilet nye.. Adoi..lemah betul la.. Hotel/Bilik best camne pon tp kalau takde chemistry ngan toilet rasa tak best langsung! (Amboi. toilet pon nak kene ade chemistry! cheit)

First, sya nak toilet yang ada 2 sinks. Pastu asing shower ngan bathtub. Tapi tidakk ye.. Harapan meleset sama sekali. Yang paling sadiss, toilet takde paip. Eeeeee... lemah rasa badan.. Call me poyo! Tak bertamadun. Minah kampung 70-an. Tapi saye memang tak boleh kalau toilet tak ber-paip nih..

OK, fine. Takmo datang sini da!

Engagement Review : Centerpiece and Customized Mineral Water

Dah lame plan nak review Engagement but KIV sebab tunggu pics from OP. Tapi a bit disappointed sebab after received albums and viewed sume pictures (softcopy) then tak jumpe certain pics like centerpiece, buffet station, and few more. My mistake (I guess) sebab tak inform my OP that I want them to be captured too. (Tapi sebab da name pon "professional photographer", so I thought tak payah inform) OK2, my mistake.. =(

So, during E! aritu, Sya telah ter-gedik meng-design table centerpiece and also customized / personalized mineral water label. Memang gedik..! huhu. Tapi puas ati. Walaupon tak cantek sangat, tapi tetap puas ati! Hehehe

REVIEW TABLE CENTERPIECE

Bought 20 glasses kat Kedai ape ntah tapi nmpak old school kat Kampar. Price: RM 0.80 (8posen) per glass. Size tak besar tapi tak kecik. Kire standard glass kat kedai makan kalaw order teh ais =)

Sya tak rasa rugi beli glass nih sebab kat umah Sya memang tak cukup cawan. Hahaha. Mak da bising suruh beli set pinggan mangkuk pe sume untuk umah baru tapi so far takde feel nak beli. Rase happy jek kt umah tu eventhough just ade few mugs tu pon courtesy from Darlie, Coffee Mate, Tongkat Ali Orang Kampung, etc. (cawan free)

So, utk centerpiece, Sya designed kan label untuk glass then print sendiri. Every table ade 2 glasses : 1 untuk tissue (harus La warna kuning sebab tema Digi kan..); 1 lagi untuk fresh flower (tak taw ape name bunga nih)

Untuk tissue, memang Sya da carik 1 Kampar tapi tak jumpe warna kuning. Lastly, jumpe jugak kat TFMart (supermarket comeL) kat Batu Gajah. Hahaha. Kebetulan mase tu memang nak fetch my lil brother from his school, so singgah kat TFMart. Price : RM 0.99 (seringgit La kire nye..)

Untuk Fresh flower (tapi tak taw name) my untie Mak Odah brought them all the way from Cameron a day b4 my E! Banyak gile!!! Even after E! pon still ade 2 bundles tak bukak Lagi.. Owh..suke bunga tu..harge tak taw. Mak Odah kate die sponsor (thanks a lot Mak Odah!! Next year Kak Long bagi duet raye K.hehe)

Sya tak ade pic centerpiece on the actual day sebab OP tak amik. And yang sedih nye sya Lupe nak assign adik/cousin untuk amik pics as back up. So nih sume pics during preparation =(

Ha..cakap pasal wedding I know ladies/B2Bs out there mesti excited nak tengok Diana Danielle rather than Farid Kamil kan! Hahahaha. Same la kite.. Whenever I received wed invites, mesti excited nak tengok the brides. Cantik tak? Baju kaler ape? Make up cun x?? Baju havoc x? macam-macam La..while for the grooms tu kadang2 boleh xperasan pon! Eh!! Hehehe

Wedding Rings

Arini nak share pasaL wedding ring /band - for Aiman (at first..now da jadik wedding ring for US. hehe)

OK, I received two rings. First -during merisik and another one masa Engagement aritu. I purposely chose a diamond ring for my Engagement because I was thinking that there will be no more ring for me during akad. We bought a gold bracelet instead.

Untuk Aiman's wed ring, as usual, Sya memang lalang! Kejap rasa nak platinum, japgi rasa nak beli suasa, then rasa nak silver pulak, and now Aiman kate die nak stainless steel. Tak taw la die serious ker or perli. Hahahaha. But yang penting, wajib engrave my name (cheit. ring sendiri takde pulak engrave nama "Aiman".huhu)

Tapi aritu tengok Destinasi Cinta-Irma and Redza then baru taw yang their rings tu actually made from silver. Then lalang mode datang lagi. Kali nih ade unsur berkobar-kobar dengan spirit ala-ala confirm nak jugak! (ayat ape nih?)

So, nanti nak inform Aiman. I want his wed ring to be something like (or exactly like) Redza. And if budget permits, I want to have one too. Kite beli pair la. Eh! boleh camtu?

Owh.. tadi kate nak share kan?? BTW, I found this -Anggun Klasik-.. diorang la yang buat cincin Irma and Redza aritu~

Persembahan Gamelan during Wedding Reception

Longgggg waayy to go (My wedding) tapi I've been thinking about lots of wedding stuff sekarang nih. Taw.. saye over excited. Lately nih Aiman pon macam menyampah nak dengar. Balik keje je tunang die cakap psL kawen, pegi keje-cakap pasaL kawen, nak makan-cakap pasaL kawen, jangan trauma dah la! huhu Well, nih La problem nye kalaw study x bape hectic (semester just started kan.. keje pon tak banyak) and kat office ter-sangat la takde keje (rase cm makan gaji buta da skang nih!)

So, now I'm in a choosing-my-wedding-theme mood. Ha.. sejenis kumpulan mood jugak selain dari moodie, happy, excited, etc. Hehehehe.

I plan to have two different themes for reception and majlis bertandang. Plan nak buat traditional dekat my side (because me orang kampung kan. So easier to me-realisasi-kan theme nih) while modern/English (la sangaaattt) theme for side Aiman.  Or the best pon, we switch - meaning that- mine would be modern theme while classic/rustic utk side En Aiman.

Reason : I'm unable to find a gamelan group to perform during my reception at Kampar. Unable bukan sebab tak ade group, tapi sebab most of them are based in KL/Selangor, so kalau Sya gigih jugak nak ade gamelan performance la bagai-at Kampar, then I have to bear with the extra charges (accomodation, transport, etc.)

But still, I have contacted some of them (masih gigih!) and glad that I am now aware (kira up-to-date la konon) about Gamelan groups and prices offered. I've shared here some of the Gamelan Groups that you might want to consider if you plan to have Gamelan performance for your wedding/reception.

Unfortunately, price quoted for Gamelan Performance At Kampar, Perak starts at RM2k ("BERMULA DARI" ye rakan-rakan). That makes me think more than twice! huhu. tu belum kes my angan-angan nak ada live band, live feed, dan segala macam jenis live! Owh..memang KIV la jawab nye! huhu

But, jangan tak taw yang sekolah pon ade team gamelan jugak taw. Engagement Review / Update

Dear Diary

Just nak update. I am officially engaged! Hehehe.

The engagement ceremony was held on 16 Sep 2012 a.k.a Malaysia Day. An easiest way to remember our E! date, kan..?

Well..overall semua OK. nothing extra gempak. Simple je..

Event started with a simple doa selamat which was led by Abah's friend, then makan2 start dalam pukuL 12 pm.

But that day memang quite hectic! Woke up pukul 6 am. Pukul 8 am I bawak konco2 (my sis and 3cousins) untuk cari fresh flower for my handbouquet. Mak Odah brought many flowers all the way from Cameron but unfortunately bunga tu tak kembang2 lagi. So tak seswai.

bought daisy, and ntah bunga ape lagi, cost me total RM15 (murah kan??). Pastu rush pergi ambik cupcakes and cake at secret recipe (baru nak ambik???) sampai rumah pukul 10.30 am and the MUA da sampai..serabot x??rumah tak kemas Lagi!!

owh..malas nak fikir, I was then proceed ngn make up. Surprisingly, after make up, tengok semua da tersusun cantik! sangat suke! centerpiece da tersusun (later I'll upload the pics), buffet station pon da ready. whoaaa...

On that day, family Aiman sampai quite lambat. Pukul 2 lbh br sampai. Everyone asek tanye and Sya da tak larat nak jawab diorang da sampai mane (Aiman is from Ampang) So from Ampang to Kampar, will take around 2 hours at least.

OK..full review later (bile rajin.huhu). Now, just nak share some pics

Sya rase make up tu tebal sangat but everyone said OK. I even requested the MUA to buang sket but "he" said tak tebal. And insisted that I will look fine in pics. Tp bile tgk pic nih, still rase tebal.
My ex-roomate (Uni) said I look better without make up. Ntah la..

My advice to ALL yang bakal engaged : Memang stress while planning / manning our own event. but the most important part actually is we need to trust people around us. Our family, relatives, etc. we cannot afford (the stress) to do it alone. Macam Sya.. seriously pasrah mase make up but after make up, everything turned out to be just like what i've imagined / planned. The arrangement, the flow, etc. Thanks a lot to ALL.. Ngeee..tgh2 malam update blog. what does it mean? =p

BTW, last sun I met K. Mai from Lurvering and collected my glass jars. I ordered 200 pcs from her. Remember I told you about the promo? RM1 per jar. Berbaloi (especially to orang yang xde seni like me).

OK, so on Tue mak and abah went to search for my dream kacang (kacang pon msk mimpi. ko hado??hehehe). The best price I can get is RM 7.90 per kilo but out of stock. Sadis kan?? So lastly mak beli jugak from satu kilang nih (surprisingly the price is higher. Adoii)

RM 9 per kilo. Since I have no other option, kitorang beli jugak La..

DIY mini pelamin : hunting for props

Dear Diary

Yesterday me yang dah Lama berpakat ngn my parents and my sis telah ke Sungai Besar, Selangor. Motif?? = Hunting props for my mini pelamin.

Huh!! ingatkan murah. rumour semua tu.sama jek harga dengan kat Kampar. cheit!

Tapi since da sampai kat sane, so borong jugak La kan..

I went to Ipoh too. People called it "Pasar Bena". Barang-barang pengantin, flowers, macam2 La..mmg banyak kat situ. Price?? Biasa jek. Nak kata murah tu tak La..tp affordable.

So, I bought few things there (at Pasar Bena & Bunga-bunga Cinta Ipoh and at few shops at Sg Besar). So let's look at some of them;

Paper flower (xtaw ape jenis paper nya..crepe kot..)
Location : Kedai Bunga-bunga Cinta, Ipoh (pergh..nama memang tak tahannn!)
Price : RM 4.90 (1 paper boleh dapat 3 bunga besar-size bunga tangan/HB)

Paper Lantern
Location : "Pasar Bena", Ipoh
Price : RM 4 (size besar) the smaller the size, the cheaper its price.

Pasu Putih
Location : Kedai bodo, Sg Besar
Price : RM 12

Flowers (Putih & yellow)
Location : Kedai bodo, Sg Besar
Price : RM 2.50 setangkai (1 tangkai ade 5 kuntum)

Balik tu, kitorg teros start gubah pasu bunga. Since sume orang mmg xde seni, so when we managed to gubah the flowers (or at least made them stick in the vase) pon dikira a big success! hehehe

See.. yang kaler hitam macam bola jarang tu actually wajib beli taw. Mende tu la yang wat bunga tu bentok bulat! hoho. so that's the trick. Though kita xde seni, still boleh gubah bunga2 tu.. cucuk jek kt bola hitam tu. Price?? huh! nampak cam bodo je tp harge RM 12. same ngan harge pasu tu!! Bought at kedai bodo kat Sg Besar.

Abah settle kan the first pasu. hahahaha. Consider ade seni la tu.. =p

Heeeee...eventhough frust sebab harga tak murah seperti yg diharapkan (jauh kot Kampar ke Sg Besar), but still rasa lega biLe tgk bunga yang dah siap tu.. OK, la..
Actually I called the kedai bodo sebab bengang gile dengan tuan kedai cina tu yg sangat berlagak. da la tak bg murah, muka cam hape jek! cakap cam orang xpuas ati. kenapa still beli kat c2?? sebab da dtg jauh2.rs cam *%6&#@* lak kaLau tak beli pape kan..phewww..sabar je La..Lupa nak amik gambar kedai 2.boLeh post kt cni.rs nye kedai *%6&#@* camtu xde copyright ke ape kot..aaaaa...sakit ati biLe ingat!!

Ya Allah..tingkatkan laaaaaa tahap kesabaran ku nih.. Semoga semuanya OK.. Aminn..

Engagement Preps : Bunting Murah

Dear Diary

At first xde plan pon nak ade bunting ke ape..tetibe jek rasa cam nak ade bunting. Memandangkan Sya xde seni macam some B2B bloggers yg rajin buat DIY projects, centerpiece, candle buffet, etc. So I opt for having a bunting utk menceriakan suasana.eceh! hehehe


So, Sya google and opened mudah.my And terjumpa ads by Mr Anas. Sent sms (cepat betul reply) and on da dot Sya aggreed with his quotation.


Harge? RM60 for 2 pcs bunting. Murah tak???
Since Sya kat Kampar, Sya request supaya bunting tu di-pos kan ke office (xsuke pos kat rumah sebab kadang2 xde org). And I have to pay RM10. So total is RM70 inc postage. Murah tak??

Sya xtaw la if out there ade yg Lg murah but for me ni da kire murah!

Malam ntu jugak Sya email En Anas on what I want and how my bunting is supposed to look like. Sya suke simple. Theme Kuning. That's all. Sya xnak gambar. Yang tu confirm! Reason - sebab memang takde gambar yang seswai. Gamba ade banyak, tp takot makcik, pakcik2, orang suraw (utk bacaan yassin) terkejot puLak nengok pic kitorang. hehehehehe.guraw!

So, no picture. That's confirmed. And the next day, En Anas sent me a design yang die da prepared. Sya suke. Simple. Hehehe

Majlis Tunang 16 Sept 2012. 2 minggu Lagi. Tapi banyak nye yang tak buat! or should I say - tak start pon lagi!!

OK.. now let's summarize it (untuk kegunaan diri sendiri.huhu)

1. Makanan / Minuman / Dessert

2. Khemah / Canopy / Table / Chairs (order placed. consider settle la ye..!)

3. Baju (da tempah. tak taw La camne rupa nya..huhu)

4. Accessories : Tudung / Veil / Dokoh (I'm not sure whether this is the right name)

5. Mini Pelamin (DIY vs tempah)

6. Hantaran (7 balas 9)

7. Door gift

8. Yassin (30 pcs)

9. Centerpiece (nih da tahap mengada-ngada da nih. yang wajib pon xsettle lagik, ade hati nak buat table centerpiece la bagai! huhu)

10. Candy buffet (macam tak bapa nak jadi je..iskk..isk..)

Owh..besok cuti. Nak pergi survey + beli apa yang patut.

Perjalanan Majlis Pertunangan (Proposed Itinerary)

Dear Diary,

Looking at Majlis Merisik aritu, rasanye dah taw sikit-sikit dah how to run a SMALL event (eceh!). I mean.. da boleh bajet bape lama amik masa untuk masak, arrange makanan, makan Lak berapa Lama, etc.

So, for my Engagement Ceremony which will fall on 16 Sep 2012 (if anyone from Kampar, Perak) boleh datang, K! hehehe) I have planned few activities which include Bacaan yassin, majlis berbincang, makan-makan and time sarung cincin.

So proposed itinerary for my Engagement Ceremony is as follows;

7 am - konco-konco mak akan start masak.hehehe (Sya?? Mungkin masih tido.
Eh!guro.. jangan emo K!!)

9 am - Pasang mini pelamin (ker nak pasang a day before?? aLamak..baru terfikir.
Achaner tu???huhuhu

10 am - Saya akan bersiap! This time, siap awaL! takmo jadi macam merisik aritu =(

11 am - make up (Sya, mak, adik2 (adik2?? my adik pompuan sorang jek!hahahaha & cousin)
- Arrange meja, susun door gift, etc.

11.30 am - Majlis Bacaan Yassin

12.30 pm - Jamuan Makan Tengah Hari (Door gift untuk orang baca yassin is different.
Hopefully my cousin tak confused La.fuhhh!

1 pm - Arrival of rombongan / family Aiman. Yeay! Tapi diorang makan dulu..

1.30 pm - Solat zuhur

2 pm - Majlis perbincangan

3 pm - Sarung cincin. Ngeeeeee =)

4 pm - Amik gamba (xpanas ker??aLamak..caner nih?? =(

So yang stay kat area Kampar, jemput datang K! hehehe

Semoga majlis nanti berjalan lancar.. Amiinn..

It's My Merisik Day!!

Dear Diary

Today memang hepi sangat.. AlhamduLiLLah.. Family Aiman datang merisik. Everything went well.

My mom and the geng (Mak Del, Achik Atie, Mak Odah, etc.) busy masak kat beLakang.
Menu - Nasik putih, Ayam Masak Merah, Gulai Lemak pisang, Gulai Lemak Nenas + Udang, Ikan Bawal Sweet Sour, Ulam2, Sambal kelapa. Eh! Macam banyak kan.. Well, majlis merisik+open house =)

Fmly Aiman sampai pukuL 2. Time tu Sya baru nak iron baju. Luckily, dorang makan duLu then at least ade masa untuk bersiap.

Yang paling horror, I was then discovered that my baju kurung memang sendat abes! da macam sarong nangka da! Serious! Masa beli, OK. Maybe influenced by two factors. Makan banyak time raya + after basoh baju tu mengecik sket (tangan pon cukup-cukup jek). Serious, bab nih mmg fruz sangat!! fruz giLe. If only a day before Sya test dulu, at least mesti sempat cari baju backup.

Unfortunately I was in my bro's room. Tak sempat nak cari baju lain. Worst, we just moved in to my  new house and baju sume tak systematically arranged lagi. Adoiii...

So, Sya simply redah kasi pecah. Selamber jek pakai.

Owh..fruz.. But, lupakan je La..Let's look at the +ve things. Sume hepi, his family semua nya nice. AlhamduLiLLah..
