assalamualaikum w.b.t.
sya rasa malaysians semua tengah shocked with what happened to allayarham adik thaqif. sya sendiri tak expect benda jadi sampai camtu. wallahi sya ingat he would survive =(
sya tak study banyak pasal kes adik thaqif. baca from link newspapers. certain sources macam oh media, etc. sya avoid untuk baca sebab takut ada tambah salt and pepper.
semalam masa dapat tahu allahyarham meninggal, sya terus google berita.
masa dinner sya tanya Z, memang he had no idea la kan sebab tak ikut issue ni.
sya pon gigih cerita and we discussed about this.
masa tengah sembang tu, tiba-tiba keluar kat berita tv3 yang polis klasifikasi kes kematian adik thaqif sebagai kes bunuh. read here
macam mana kes asal: pembantu warden yang "denda" pelajar boleh lead to kes bunuh. bukan senang nak sabit sampai kes bunuh.
then from there sya jumpa satu-satu pasal allahyarham adik thaqif.
about his diary.. read here
catatan allahyarham .. read here
sedihnya..
sya baca update/post sebelum ni dari facebook ibu allahyarham thaqif.
baca pasal post anak syurga.
serious sedih..
sya nak tulis macam-macam kat sini sekali sya terbaca satu post kat facebook.
sya share sebab sya rasa dia dah tolong sampai kan apa yang terbuku kat hati ni.
-----------------------
This whole Thaqif tragedy, you mean to say no one knows anything till the boy was hospitalized? Action shouldn't be taken cause only one staff did it? Bullshit.
The boy was in the school for two months. He jot down the abuse in his notebook. (http://www.thestar.com.my/…/pupil-i-cannot-stand-it-anymor…/) He didn't tell anyone? Or did he tell someone and the adults chose not to believe him? The other kids, they didn't say or notice anything? There's only 110 students in the school between 11 to 17 years old (http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/…/school-refuses-comment-…/). There are 15 staff including six teachers. Only six. No one notices their students having difficulty to hold a pencil and walk?
It's tempting to open and shut case by assigning blame completely on the suspect. Let's look at the facts and follow the logic. The school hired an assistant warden with a criminal record (http://www.thestar.com.my/…/pupil-i-cannot-stand-it-anymor…/). Okay fine, second chance whatever. But hiring a former convict to be with 11-years old KIDS?? Regardless whether they know (in that case they knowingly put the kids at harm's way) or didn't (they fail to conduct background check), the school's action is tantamount to negligence.
Poin saya, look at the big picture. Bukan seorang je yang kena pukul, why no one says anything? Or if they did, kenapa tiada seorang yang percaya pada mereka? Abused victims usually leave a trail of hints.
Sebenarnya, precisely this assumption that leaves the kids with the most risk of exploitation.
If you are a parent, your 11 year old kids should be at home with you, not away in a strange place with strangers where they could not/unable to protect themselves.

untuk his last point tu, sya 50-50.
Sya tak totally against the idea of sending our 10-11 yo kids to boarding school.
teringat adik bongsu sya masa masuk boarding school.
we visited him every week, kadang-kadang weekdays pon kitorang melawat (bahana adik bongsu masuk sekolah asrama dekat dengan rumah, kalau sya dulu, jangan harap la)
sya dah ada experience sekolah asrama kan, so memang everytime datang sya bekal kan makanan extra, biscuit kadang-kadang 3-4 kg, maggie sampai 5-6 set/bungkus (darab la dengan 5/6), pesan banyak kali "bagi kat kawan-kawan"
sebab awal-awal tu sya nak dia blend dengan kawan-kawan/senior kan..
end up adik sya buat bisnes maggie pulak kat asrama dia. sabar je la..
but papepon, to all parents yang plan to send their 10-11 yo kids to boarding school, doa banyak-banyak moga Allah permudah kan semua, insyaallah..
lepas ni kena selalu tanya update from anak.
kalau nampak macam they are hiding something, kita probe sampai dia cerita.
insyaallah.
alfatihah untuk allahyarham..
al-Fatihah.
ReplyDeletetnpa sedar menitis air mata
Huhu..
Sedih baca catatan arwah.
